This position is open for the evening shift in Dublin 15, Blanchardstown.
SUMMARY
Responsible for performing physical and/or administrative general Warehouse tasks related to IBS and OBS areas, including storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, and related transactions. The Warehouse Operator will assist on all tasks assigned by the Supervisor, and supporting the Inventory control area when required, providing cooperation between areas under the premise of working as only one team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Coordinates truck moves assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock, entering data into system per documented work instructions.
* Physically and systematically executes necessary material movements involving all types of material requiring replenishment to manufacturing areas.
* Executes material movements to all necessary areas outside of the manufacturing process (i.e. shipping, parts prep, office personnel, etc.).
* Operates any material handling equipment as needed.
* Properly disposes scrap components.
* Following and comply with procedures, rules and regulations, maintaining records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
* Daily Stock Checking: Performing count and comparing material received and selected for shipments against purchase orders, ASN, or a related document to make sure the system and physical matches, reporting any discrepancies.
* Performing warehouse inventory control, including stock counting, location checks, and support general Cycle counting activities when required.
* Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate.
* Verifies necessary material movements and paperwork to ensure correct physical and system movement of material.
* Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
* Interacts with all IC department team, including B2D team and other functional areas to assure that material is processed, received, distributed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner as required.
* Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
* Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
* Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage deadlines.
* Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Meeting physical requirements, such as lifting, bending and standing
* A “can do” work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Essential criteria
* Minimum of Operator II level.
* Leaving certificate or equivalent required. May substitute educational requirements in lieu of experience.
* Previous experience working in supply chain, logistics or material handling is highly advantageous.
* Computer literate with good level of excel knowledge.
Desired criteria
* Good knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desired
* A good materials and manufacturing process knowledge.
