Office Administrator - Galway City
IDEAL CANDIDATE.
* Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in General Administration / Customer Service / Logistics function.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
* Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* The Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly and accurately.
* Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
THE ROLE
* Work on own initiative to provide admin support dealing with queries: face to face, email and telephone.
* Maintain and update data base, invoices, and general record keeping between Customers and Drivers.
* Maintain and updates employee information and changes.
* Liaise with other administrative staff within the Department.
* Coordinate and log the requests.
* Deliver a high-quality admin service and be customer focused.
* Keep the document management system up to date.
* Updating and maintaining the Records System daily.
SALARY Range
€16-€17 per hour
