We are seeking a well-organised Payroll professional with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to join our client’s established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a high volume of employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process high-volume weekly timesheets from multiple sources.
2. Support with monthly payroll when and where required.
3. Respond to ad hoc payroll queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.
4. Liaise with external payroll providers and other members of the Finance team as required.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions.
6. Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
About You:
1. 3-5 years of experience working with ROI & UK payroll.
2. Proven experience processing high-volume weekly payroll.
3. IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential.
4. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
5. Excellent systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to new software.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Highly organised and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent administration and communication skills.
9. A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
