Job Title: Chef de Partie Reporting to: Executive Head Chef Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for production of food items, be familiar with the menu, providing guests with a memorable meals and ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion while ensuring HACCP compliance within the kitchen.
