We are recruiting a Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing stages of a major project in South Dublin.
About Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded Tier 1 Main Building Contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Dublin area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the finishing stages of large-scale residential projects
* Manage and coordinate teams of craftsmen to ensure timely completion of projects
* Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Carpentry background with experience on large-scale residential projects
* Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman with a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Package:
* Competitive salary range: €70,000 - €75,000
