Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our expanding business in Dungannon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a courteous manner and interpreting their requirements
* Generate, amend, and update service schedules, sending reminders as needed
* Manage vehicle and customer databases, booking PSV appointments
* Issue workshop job cards, monitor progress, and assist with invoicing
* Make outbound sales and customer care calls, managing key customer relationships
* Create maintenance contract quotes, selling contracts
* Liaise with Workshop Foreman for efficient job planning and profitability
* Contact customers about additional work, provide quotations, and arrange vehicle collection/delivery
* Perform general administration duties, such as running reports, scanning/filing paperwork, record archiving, and word processing
Requirements:
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English
* Strong administration skills and organisational abilities
* Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbally and written
* Ability to structure workload efficiently and cope under pressure
* Confident telephone manner and excellent computer proficiency
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with minimal supervision
* Fully qualified driver's license
Working Hours:
Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to work on Saturday mornings as required.
