A well-established Irish-owned business in Westmeath is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator (20 hours per week, 6-9 months) to support the Finance Manager with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
* General office administration & meeting coordination
* Managing office supplies, equipment & mail
* Scheduling travel & handling correspondence
* Preparing invoices, financial documents & reports
* Processing expenses, invoices & bank reconciliations
* Assisting with accounts, credit control & compliance
* Liaising with clients, suppliers & third parties
* Maintaining office procedures & social media presence
Requirements:
* Ideally having proven experience working in a busy general and accounts administration position
* Have experience using an accounting package
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a distinct advantage
* Strong organizational & communication skills
* Social media management experience is an advantage
