The driving service is offered free of charge to Stroke members who do not have access to transport of their own.
The volunteer driving service is door to door, where members are picked up from their home address, dropped off at the Stroke Support Group, and later picked up and brought home again. Stroke Support Groups will last for at least 2 hours and drivers must remain flexible and available in case they need to bring the member home.
