I am recruiting for an HR Generalist for a Construction client based in Dublin 12. The role is a result of significant growth in the company and offers career progression.
The role is based fully onsite in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
- Work closely with the senior HR management team.
- The role is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations and performance management.
- You will be involved in the onboarding, policy implementation and recruitment/employment function of the business.
- Affirmative action and employment law compliance.
- Attendance and minute taking at disciplinary hearings and investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and three to five years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- CIPD credential preferred.
- Experience in the administration of Human Resources software programs.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
