Office Operations/Accounts Manager Job Description
About the Role
My client in the IT industry is seeking an experienced Office Operations/Accounts Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations at their facility in Co. Offaly.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading a team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations;
2. Managing IT/Engineering teams to process the IT ticketing system effectively;
3. Scheduling and managing team tasks;
4. Maintaining strong client relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and support;
5. Implementing best practices in workflows to identify opportunities for improvement;
6. Overseeing sales and purchasing invoicing processes;
7. Managing bank reconciliations, revenue, and payroll processing;
8. Preparing accurate month- and year-end financials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
9. Experience working in a similar management or operational role;
10. Strong skills in payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end financials;
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and accounting software such as SAGE;
12. Excellent customer service and people skills;
13. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently;
14. Strong communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate your team;
15. The ability to lead and guide your team towards achieving company goals.
Salary Information
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
