An experienced Credit Control Specialist is required to join an ever-growing company. This opportunity suits a Credit Controller looking to progress their career.
This role involves working in an exciting and growing team located north of Cork City. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Credit Control.
Responsibilities:
* Timely collection of Accounts Receivable debtors
* Resolving customer issues or barriers to payment
* Collaborating with the finance team to resolve payment issues
* Managing credit limits, terms, and orders daily
* Providing commercial support to sales functions
* Pursuing debtors through legal means if necessary
* Maintaining credit insurance for eligible customers
* Updating data records and annual reviews for credit-insured customers
* Covering the Accounts Receivable team during annual leave and business needs
* Maintaining customer master data in SAP
* Processing new account applications and ensuring criteria are met
* Daily and monthly direct debit processing
* Owning month-end tasks specific to the Accounts Receivable team
* Meting deadlines and targets for the Finance team
* Billing and crediting Fuel Card transactions weekly and monthly
* Daily AR reporting
Key Responsibilities:
* At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
* Accounting Technician Qualification desirable
* Able to work independently
* Able to handle pressure and stress
