Role Overview
As a Recreation and Wellbeing Facilitator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a community-based program of physical activity, recreation, leisure, and health promotion for individuals supported by the Brothers of Charity Services Clare. This includes managing the Brothers of Charity Clare Special Olympics programme and maintaining links with the Special Olympics Munster office.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a community-based program of physical activity, recreation, leisure, and health promotion in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage the Brothers of Charity Clare Special Olympics programme and maintain links with the Special Olympics Munster office.
* Ensure the day-to-day management of the recreation and wellbeing programme reflects the ethos and vision of the Brothers of Charity Services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in Physical Education, Sport Science, Recreation Management/Health and Leisure Studies, Adapted Physical Activity, or a relevant field.
* Competitive rates of pay, ranging from €34,081 to €49,864 (pro-rata).
