Customer Success Specialist - Office Based – Dublin 15

We are looking for a goal-driven client advocate, working with the tools and data at your disposal to best serve as a liaison between the customer and the company with account growth the ultimate goal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with customers assigned to them by the Customer Success Manager.
2. Monitor assigned customer activity related to the product or services they have subscribed to or purchased.
3. Aid assigned customers through onboarding, implementation, and training sessions as instructed by the CSM.
4. Monitor adoption rate, retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, churn rates, and other relevant metrics.
5. Perpetually maintain efficient internal and external communications in a customer-goal-oriented manner.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
2. Highly driven and proactive with daily tasks.
3. Strong ability to build rapport quickly with customers from a call center environment.
4. Good communication skills, maintaining conversations with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner.
5. Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
6. Good ITC knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools on the job.
This is an office-based role close to Damastown, in the Blanchardstown area of Dublin 15.
