About the Role
This role involves providing expert advice and assistance to clients dealing with claims.
* Manage daily workflow efficiently.
* Take first notifications of accidents or losses from clients and report to insurers.
* Handle claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Displaying empathy and competency when interacting with clients.
* Providing prompt and professional service to all stakeholders.
* Managing new and existing claims, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Treating customers fairly and ensuring their claims are handled efficiently and accurately.
* Ensuring insurers remain confident in Abbey Autoline's claim handling capabilities.
* Providing clear communication to clients, including next steps and expected outcomes.
* Processing claims accurately and effectively, in line with company procedures.
* Maintaining complete records of correspondence and progress.
* Actioning diaries and emails daily.
