Job Title: Healthcare Records Manager
The role of the Healthcare Records Manager is a key position within St Vincents University Hospital, responsible for the operational management and development of the healthcare record.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and security of patient records in line with hospital and national guidelines
* Leading change programmes and undertaking projects or initiatives to secure the commitment of all staff to organisational change and continuous improvement
* Implementation of the Electronic Health Record System and contribution to strategic planning and decision-making process
* Accountability and responsibility for the security and protection of the healthcare record as per HSE Code of Practice for the Management of HCR and HIQA guidelines relating to safe management of patient information
