Job Responsibilities
1. Manages hotel partners to be more successful on the company's platform, increasing value through comprehensive commercial conversations and interactions.
2. Develops relationships with hotel partners or their account team.
3. Attends regular meetings at partner hotels to understand needs and expectations.
4. Assists in creating opportunities (e.g., progress meetings, fact-finding/exploratory meetings) to build hotel partners accounts.
5. Develops understanding of hotel partners business issues.
6. Recommends products, services, and insights that will meet hotel partners needs.
7. Completes basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and/or maintain business.
8. Develops a basic understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its hotel partners.
9. Assists in conducting straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutions and the implications of not reaching an agreement.
10. Identifies the key stakeholders in decision making for the account.
11. Builds a working knowledge of products, technologies, offerings, etc., within the scope of responsibility.
12. Develops a broad understanding of competitors’ standard products and services.
13. Understands the value and application of products, technologies, and offerings.
14. Understands the importance of developing rapport and maintaining ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external hotel partners.
15. Learns about hotel partners key leaders/decision makers from internal customer relationship management system.
16. Develops a basic understanding of hotel partners industry and competitive market and/or uses company's tools to access market-specific information and insight.
Experience
Minimum 2 years
Functional/Technical Skills
1. Proficiency in English
2. Growing knowledge of sales techniques
