Your Role:
As a Panel Beater, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their former glory. Your responsibilities will include:
* Panel Repairs: Straighten, file, sand, and replace damaged panels to perfection.
* Precision Work: Use advanced tools to reshape and align panels with accuracy.
* Body Alignment & Welding: Perform structural repairs and welding tasks as needed.
* Adherence to Standards: Ensure all work meets BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines.
* Damage Assessments: Inspect vehicles, assess damage, and create efficient repair plans.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
* Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven Experience: A strong background in panel beating and vehicle body repair.
* Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality craftsmanship and precision.
* Adaptability: Experience working with modern, traditional, electric, and hybrid vehicles.
* Teamwork Skills: The ability to collaborate effectively while working independently when needed.
* Qualifications: ATA/NVQ in vehicle body repair (preferred; support available for renewal if needed).
