About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our finance team on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling investor queries, and supporting team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to investor queries via phone and email, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Support Team Leaders with call monitoring and mailbox management.
* Mentor and coach new team members, acting as a point of reference.
* Review and improve processes to enhance service quality.
* Verify phone trade data and ensure accurate documentation.
* Prepare and distribute team statistics and reports.
Requirements:
* Experience in phone-based customer service within a contact center.
* Excellent Excel and Word skills with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
