Key Responsibilities:
* Design and create engaging visual and written content to bring marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels (digital, print, radio, and events).
* Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns.
* Schedule, monitor, and analyse digital posts. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow social media communities.
* Organise and promote live events such as school competitions, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
* Analyse website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience, implementing SEOs and drive traffic.
* Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and agencies.
* Stay ahead of industry trends by researching customer behaviour, market developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role in Marketing/Sales/Advertising.
* Minimum NFQ 6 qualifications.
* Experience managing content on social media platforms.
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
* Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
