About Your New Job
* As the Service Lead, you will lead and develop a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians, supporting the operation and maintenance of equipment.
* Liaise with the Technical Service Manager for day-to-day management of the team.
* Deliver strong technical leadership while balancing strong customer and people management.
* Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as required and in line with best practice.
* Assess works carried out and provide feedback on observations.
* Ensure SOPs are adhered to and are in line with company expectations.
* Identify training needs within the team and schedule required training. Ensure proper documentation is prepared prior to specific service jobs.
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
* Support the Commercial team with technical advice as required.
* Help to promote and build a strong engineering culture.
What Skills You Need
* Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams.
* Strong technical background in E&I and electrical systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with health and safety standards and practices.
