We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join our client, a leading Law firm in Dublin City. The successful candidate will be involved with both vendors and purchasers of residential and commercial properties and landlord and tenant issues, so must have a strong background in both commercial and residential conveyancing, demonstrating exceptional legal acumen and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Property:
o Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
o Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
o Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches and analysis, and prepare detailed reports for clients.
o Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transaction completion.
2. Residential Property:
o Handle all aspects of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to post-completion.
o Advise clients on residential property law, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
o Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
o Conduct title investigations and searches, resolving any issues that arise during the process.
o Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise communication throughout the transaction.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in conveyancing (commercial and residential).
* Proven experience managing a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
