Key Responsibilities
Produce management reports for Global Funds Operations.
Manage corporate requests, including intercompany, outsourcing, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Track departmental audit findings and assist operational teams in risk mitigation.
Participate in assessing the impact of regulatory changes in collaboration with the dedicated business area.
Review and resolve MIFID reporting “business” related errors.
Assist with coordination and review of Departmental Business Continuity Plans.
Track departmental claims and operational incidents.
Ensure quality control and review of corporate documents (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures) to comply with company standards.
Engage in priority projects, working independently or with support from specific teams and/or SME groups.
Promote and drive our company culture, ensuring our four pillars are at the forefront of our processes and projects.
Summary of Profile
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an international Financial Services industry environment, Big Four or similar
Good command of MS Office applications – particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint
The ability to collate, summarise, and analyse data and experience of using associated visualisation tools would be an advantage e.g., PowerBI, Tableau
Knowledge of Clearstream Investment Funds systems, processes and services is a strong advantage
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong experience in adapting to change
Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
Results orientation

Problem solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels
