We are now looking to recruit am Enterprise Process Lead within Enterprise Planning and Management reporting (EP&MR). In this role, you will have direct accountability for supporting the development and co-ordination of an overarching view to operations finance across Planning and Management Reporting, R2R and the BAU business. You will provide thought leadership around the design and execution of the future process and technology landscape in Axial, required to support Operations finance. In particular highlighting interdependencies between EPO areas and business as usual projects.
You will also help support in planning, and directing a portfolio of activities relating to how operations finance touches Accounting, Product costing, operations performance, and Group finance. As a specialist within the operations finance space, you will act as a point of contact for specialist queries, and be responsible for identifying SMEs in other areas who can input to providing a response to queries.
Typical Accountabilities:
1. Support the Axial business engagement activities (planning of engagements, tracking of progress and open items) for Operations finance with Axial EP&MR, Axial R2R, BAU business (Ops finance and Group reporting)
2. Liaise with external partners on optimising AZ’s design and execution approach, and help identify specialist external where appropriate.
3. Work effectively cross functionally throughout Axial to ensure an integrated and comprehensive outcome is achieved (key partners will include other EPO teams, Data and IT colleagues)
4. Detail key design decisions (KDDs) and open questions, relevant to operations finance
5. Act as Operations Finance SME for P&MR within Axial, working to prioritise relevant requirements as part of the wider programme
6. Prioritise business improvement issues and deliver business improvement findings and recommendations to a cross-functional team, specifically covering but not limited to; planning and management reporting across operations finance sub Functions and Projects, including ESM and Supply Chain
7. Enable cross-functional sharing of business improvement ideas by ensuring adequate systems and processes for recording data in a centrally accessible manner, specifically within enterprise planning and management reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience:
8. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
9. Extensive experience in Operations Finance
10. Significant experience in ERP transformation and Business Improvement, in particular using SAP
