Our client are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy Service Department, with a particular focus on Warranty Administration. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role within the motor industry, ideally within a Service or Warranty setting in a HGV environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and updating systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Highly flexible, well-organised, and capable of managing a busy workload Experience using Dealer Management Systems; familiarity with Kerridge/CDK is a strong advantage Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior Warranty Administrator in processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements and timelines Verify vehicle warranty status in response to customer enquiries Maintain detailed logs of all claims submitted and corresponding reimbursements Coordinate the return or disposal of parts according to brand guidelines and retention policies Review warranty-related documentation and ensure relevant information is communicated to internal and external teams Assist in preparing for and facilitating warranty audits Provide ad-hoc cover at the service reception desk when needed Support general service department administration, including invoicing and other related tasks Whats on Offer: Permanent full-time contract with a leading Irish motor group Competitive salary 22 days of paid annual leave Ongoing manufacturer training Contributory pension scheme Access to the Benekit App for wellbeing, learning, and staff discounts Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), including wellbeing support tools INDMC Skills: Administration IT Skills Customer Service
