Job Description:
* Support and co-ordinate finance and administration tasks across all departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Reconcile payments, assist in financial reporting, oversee bookkeeping management, and provide general administrative support.
* Raise purchase and sales orders, manage supplier payments, Revolut accounts, and maintain meeting minutes.
Responsibilities:
* Reconcile bank transactions and ensure financial accuracy across accounts.
* Manage internal telephone queries and co-ordinate office communications.
* Liaise with clients regarding credit and debt.
About You:
* Previous administration experience.
* Experience using Account Software such as Sage.
* Flexibility and willingness to provide support to other teams.
* Strong attention to detail.
* An interest in accounting.
* Strong and diplomatic communication skills.
* Computer literacy with the ability to pick up and learn new systems.
