Job Description;
ITFS Ltd are currently recruiting a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator based in our Waterford City office.
This is a full time role based onsite.
Key Responsibilities;
* Planning, organising, booking and scheduling goods inwards and good outwards to and from our suppliers/customers.
* Liaising with Logistic Partners and suppliers/customers on updates of delivery schedules.
* Generating purchase orders, delivery notes and Goods Receipt Notes in SAP Business One system
* Tracking imports and assisting in resolving any customs queries, ensuring compliance with process
* General administration duties.
* Assist with Stock Control
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements;
* Min 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
* Transport/Import knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given where needed
* Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
* Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages
Hours;
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30 am to 17:00
