Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare. The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of all training activities, practices, and goals aimed at cultivating a high-performance culture focused on employee empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
* Deliver Foundation Safety Intervention training requirements in a classroom setting.
* Provide Safety Intervention Support Training in line with operational requirements.
* Prepare all Training documentation related to Safety Intervention Training.
Responsibilities
* Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to staff.
* Act as a point of contact and support to all staff with regard to Safety Intervention training matters.
* Support the implementation of the New Employee Induction process.
* Assist in the coordination of the Management Development Programme.
Requirements
* Level 7/8 Degree or working towards degree in Social Studies.
* Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in working in a busy team environment.
Skills
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and judgment making critical decisions and recommendations.
* Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.
