Job Summary:
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of both the home care and recruitment functions. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating caregiver and candidate schedules, and providing excellent customer service to clients, candidates, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
* Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
* Process invoices, payments, and payroll support as needed.
* Order office supplies and ensure smooth office management.
1. Recruitment & Staffing Support
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare roles.
* Schedule interviews, coordinate training, and handle documentation for new hires.
* Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
* Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
2. Home Care Coordination
* Organize and update client care schedules for caregivers.
* Communicate with clients and families regarding care arrangements.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and home care standards.
* Support the care team with administrative needs and report updates.
3. Customer Service & Communication
* Act as a first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and job applicants.
* Provide professional and friendly assistance to inquiries.
* Address concerns and escalate issues as needed to management.
4. Data Entry and inbound and outbound calls
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience in recruitment, HR, or healthcare administration (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of home care and recruitment processes (a plus).
