Our client, a leading professional services organisation based in Dublin 12, is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a fully onsite role (Monday to Friday) and offers a great opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and supportive payroll team.

Payroll Specialist 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover) Location: Dublin 12 (Onsite, Monday to Friday) Salary: €55,000 €58,000 Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for multiple EMEA locations Input and maintain payroll data: new hires, leavers, salary adjustments, benefits, and statutory deductions Work closely with payroll providers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing Support with tax relief applications, compliance, and local payroll regulations Act as a point of contact for payroll queries from employees Review preliminary payroll reports and support audit processes Handle monthly expense claim processing and reporting Requirements: 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment Strong systems knowledge experience with BrightPay, Sage, or other payroll platforms IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is essential High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Comfortable working as part of a larger team in a fast-paced setting This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a high-volume, compliant payroll function.
