Role Background & Purpose:
Cpl is hiring for a Demand Gen Manager to join our growing Group marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Associate Director, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to showcase and develop their skillset within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Demand Gen Manager is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role focuses on optimising marketing funnels, leveraging digital and inbound marketing strategies, and collaborating closely with sales teams to create and nurture high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and convert high-value B2B leads.
2. Expand and optimise nurture campaigns to engage prospects at different stages of the buying journey.
3. Leverage audience segmentation and intent data to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates.
4. Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and audience segments to align with Cpl's growth goals.
5. Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling assets that align with campaign messaging and audience needs.
6. Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media (PPC, social ads, display ads), SEO, content marketing, webinars, and events.
7. Ensure CRM data is leveraged effectively to nurture leads and drive pipeline growth.
8. Oversee list segmentation, data hygiene, and enrichment processes to optimise campaign performance.
9. Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Force24) to nurture leads through the funnel.
10. Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
11. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and pipeline goals.
12. Work with internal teams to ensure accurate data visualisation and actionable insights from marketing campaigns.
13. Generate reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to guide decision-making.
14. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to refine campaign strategies.
Experience & Attributes:
Requirements
1. Experience in B2B, or a high-growth industry.
2. 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4. Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, inbound marketing, and marketing automation.
5. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, and data-driven campaign execution.
6. Ability to translate data insights into campaign refinements and business recommendations.
7. Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
8. Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on data.
9. Expertise in digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media.
10. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Force24 /Hubspot.
11. Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
12. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Desirable
1. Experience using marketing automation tools, driving efficient campaign execution and performance tracking.
2. Proficiency in using marketing tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
3. Possesses a mix of creative and analytical skills.
4. Prior website management and CMS experience.
5. Previous experience in the recruitment /Total Talent Solutions industry (not essential).
