About the Role:
Flogas seeks an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Team. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, performance management, probations, and exits.
* Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving employee relations issues.
* Assist the wider people team in driving employee engagement initiatives.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and process improvements.
* Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Organise and promote well-being programmes, mental health resources, and team-building activities.
* Stay updated on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level HR qualification, with 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role. CIPD membership or working towards it is desirable.
They will possess strong knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
