Senior Project Manager, Facilities
Anngrove, Cork. Initial 23-month contract with view to extend.
Job Description
* Lead the team in developing project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate trade-offs within project.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
* Develop and manage detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own project schedule.
* Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
* Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
* Develop risk management plan for project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
* Develop Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on procurement partner selection.
* Work with operations team to develop deployment plan minimizing production disruption.
* Develop and execute communications management plan for project team and key stakeholders.
* Develop Stakeholder management plan based on identification, analysis, and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
* Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.

Qualifications and Skills
* Level 8 NFQ and 6+ years of work experience.
* PMP or equivalent preferred.
* Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills and budget management.
* Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 41001 and facilities management software/tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
About the Role
This Senior Project Manager will lead Facilities, Utilities & HVAC projects on site at our Additive Manufacturing site, Anngrove.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year is offered depending on experience.
