Key Responsibilities
* Establish rapport and identify business needs through cold calling.
* Handle every stage of the sales process from lead generation to account management.
* Identify and acquire new clients, including both self-generated leads and occasional warm leads.
* Conduct fact-finding sessions with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored proposals.
Requirements
* Sales Experience: At least 12 months in B2B/B2C sales (essential).
* Consultative Sales Approach: A problem-solving attitude and the ability to build relationships.
* Lead Generation: Experience in generating new business leads independently.
* Resilience: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
* Account Management Experience: Proven ability to manage and retain clients.
* Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic and independent drive to achieve sales targets.
* Excellent Communication: Clear, effective, and passionate communication skills.
