Job Description Circle K are currently recruiting for the role of Office Manager for the Circle K Support Office in Dublin.
Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Business Partner, the Office Manager role is a full time, permanent role based in Circle K Support Office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4 (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities Creating an Engaging & Inspiring Workplace Champion a positive office culture where colleagues feel welcomed and motivated.
Plan and facilitate engaging office events, including monthly town halls and colleague celebrations.
Support initiatives that align with Circle K's values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Take Ownership and Play to Win.
Facilities & Budget Management Oversee facilities budget planning, analysis, and management, ensuring cost efficiency.
Manage supplier contracts for office repairs, maintenance, and supplies, ensuring a high standard of workplace upkeep.
Maintain and enhance the staff canteen area, ensuring it's a comfortable and social space.
Operational Excellence & Administrative Support Lead reception services, including managing a part-time receptionist.
Respond effectively to ad-hoc office queries from colleagues at all levels.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through proactive planning and problem-solving.
Technology & Systems Support Be technically confident in managing MS Teams Meetings and other office IT solutions.
Support the office in adopting digital tools that enhance collaboration and efficiency.
What You Bring to Circle K A passion for people and workplace culture-you love making a difference in the way teams work together.
Experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
Strong budget planning and supplier management skills.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
The ability to engage with colleagues at all levels, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
