About Our Client

Project Management and Quantity Surveying are at the core of their business, but Bank Monitoring and Due Diligence are also within their area of expertise.
Job Responsibilities
You will be managing your own portfolio of quality projects, influencing business development direction, collaborating with Directors at delivery level, and identifying future markets to ensure our reputation for quality and integrity is maintained.
* Development Monitoring and Feasibility Studies
* Cost Planning/ Cost Management
* Tender Documentation
* Contract Administration and Final account preparation and negotiation
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience of working directly within a PQS Consultancy. Chartered or working towards Chartership status is preferred, with around 5 years post-qualification experience.
* Strength and ability to work independently under Director guidance
* Competence and experience to manage major and demanding client portfolios
