Job Title: Grants Supervisor
18-Month Fixed Term Contract:
We are seeking a Temporary Grants Administration Supervisor for an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end administration of grants, ensuring compliance with financial controls, and supporting audits and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete grants administration process, including compliance with drawdown schedules and payments.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for grant-related activities and claims.
* Process sales and purchase invoices, grant claims, and EFT payment files.
* Prepare and review grant reporting, reconciliations, and analyses.
* Act as the primary contact for the Department of Transport, internal teams, and auditors.
* Oversee the month-end grants process and ensure robust internal controls.
* Provide support for financial statements, annual budgets, and audits.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement projects, including system upgrades and process optimisation.
* Mentor and manage team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in grant management, finance, or compliance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proven experience with financial management, compliance, and audit processes.
* Stakeholder management experience, building effective internal and external relationships.
* Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
