Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to maintain high service standards across our departments. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Marketing & Events team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
* Greeting guests and overseeing service on a consistent basis
* Developing training programs for service personnel and ensuring effective orientation and training for new staff
* Maintaining appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of banquet equipment and facilities
* Managing daily operations and departmental Profit & Loss by controlling expenses and generating extra revenue
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Full flexibility and ability to work shifts
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English
* Outgoing and confident personality when dealing with customers
* Previous hospitality experience in a similar role
* A structured and organized approach to work planning
