Greet visitors and ensure all visitors sign in and out as they enter and leave the building Ensure that residents who leave the building unattended are permitted to do so Answer the telephone promptly, transfer calls & take messages, as appropriate, in a polite and professional manner Answer emails promptly and in a professional manner Do the filing as required Receive and distribute post Collect and distribute newspapers Prepare Haven Bay information packs for distribution in response to enquiries Prepare, print and distribute invoices for residents/families Accept payments from residents and/or their families and issue receipts for same Manage petty cash in an accurate and appropriate manner Process deliveries of items and maintain a register of same Maintain log of patient outings Manage the daily roster in conjunction with the Director of Care and senior nursing staff including sourcing replacements for staff who report ill. Set up new admissions on Epic Prepare and print resident labels Maintain resident listing This is a part time role (30 hours a week).
It includes working every second weekend.
