Overview
An exciting opportunity to join our Chemistry Consumables Process Chemist team, optimizing existing products and processes, and driving process, cost, and continuous improvement projects with the use of Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with R&D, Marketing, and Production teams.
* Develop manufacturing/product testing processes consistently delivering high-quality products.
* Design and implement stability indicating experiments ensuring product stability.
* Support investigations related to customer feedback.
* Project Management of Continuous Improvement initiatives/Six Sigma activities.
* Conduct all project activities in accordance with appropriate standards (21CFR820, ISO9001, ISO13485, GMP).
Qualifications
Education and Experience
* BSc or higher in a relevant science discipline.
* Experience in Waters acquisition software an advantage.
* Proven abilities in project management and problem-solving.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good decision-making abilities.
* Attention to detail.
* Troubleshooting production processes.
* Proven report writing skills.
