A leading organisation in the R&D and Manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Shannon. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic HR team of four, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and pre-employment medicals.
* Support training and development initiatives, maintaining records and providing guidance on opportunities.
* Assist with HR administration, payroll support, and benefits management.
* Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* High integrity, discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
