Job Title: Deli Manager
A Deli Manager is required for a Supermarket in Co. Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
* Ensure all products are properly labelled and stored.
* Control staff costs, prepare rosters, and assist with interviewing and hiring processes.
* Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Maintain facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of fresh food deli management experience.
* Up-to-date HACCP and food safety training.
* Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional food service.
* Proven ability to manage a team of ten or more staff members.
Main Duties Include:
Assisting in the preparation of inventory and sales budgets, overseeing product rotation, and maintaining accurate records.
