What’s this role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Dublin, St Stephen's Green on a full-time basis as our Assistant Store Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets and delivers commercial and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting with overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
2. Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
3. Achieving with the aim to exceed targeted KPI’s
4. Inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service through regular service and product training
5. Implementing and maintain effective and efficient operational processes, procedures and administration
6. Supporting with recruitment and conducting performance/probation reviews
7. Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager
What you’ll ideally bring to the role
8. You’ll have previous retail management experience at a similar level
9. A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we’re open to all retail backgrounds
10. Have a proven track record of increasing overall business performance
11. Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service through your team
12. Be highly visual and have strong commercial product management skills
13. Be able to flex between the customer service, operational, technical and visual elements of the role
14. Be confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
15. Be self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
16. Be a great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
17. Have good written and verbal communication skills
