Job Description
We seek a dynamic Product Specialist to join our team, focusing on Precision Cleaning Equipment from Crest Ultrasonics combined with Cleaning & Coating Solvents from Inventec Performance Chemicals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
2. Promote products to existing and new customers through regular call cycles.
3. Advise customers on updates and new technologies.
4. B Foster positive relationships with suppliers and customers, identifying key decision-makers and maintaining regular contact.
5. Develop sales campaigns, source new customers, and persuade them to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales.
6. Introduce new products to existing and new customers.
7. Demonstrate products and educate customers about their functions.
8. Provide excellent post-sale follow-up, including training.
9. Utilize company sales pipeline and quotation management tools to support sales goals.
10. Propose and deliver new agencies.
11. Maintain clear and up-to-date calendars and call plans.
12. Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations.
13. Stay informed about competitors' activities and products.
14. Attend and promote the company at trade exhibitions, meetings, and work visits.
15. Maintain accurate records for product ranges and supply information.
16. Identify and develop business improvement initiatives.
17. Create market plans, considering product life cycles, market trends, and maturity.
18. Sell Brennan & Company products and services outside the current portfolio.
19. Participate in sales meetings and promotional activities as requested.
Requirements
* R elevant degree-level qualification in a scientific or related field (desirable but not mandatory).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a successful sales track record.
* Exceptional commercial ability, capable of negotiating significant deals.
* Excellent customer relationship management skills and account management abilities.
* Able to identify, close, and maximize opportunities and develop them into long-term business.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
* A self-starter with initiative, high sense of urgency, and commitment to execution.
* Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and manage workloads under stress and time pressure.
* Good planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* Able to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, and colleagues.
* Flexible and able to adapt to various situations or individuals.
* Professional with discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
* PC expertise with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Clean full driving license.
* Flexibility to travel.
