Key Responsibilities: Oversee and actively participate in vehicle repairs and servicing on the workshop floor. Drive the achievement of branch and company performance targets. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks. Maintain detailed records on internal systems. Assist the Branch Manager with audits and other operational requirements. Use materials, tools, and parts efficiently to minimize waste. Follow all Health & Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers to enhance service quality. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar supervisory role. Strong technical expertise in motor vehicle repairs and servicing. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
