We are seeking a dedicated General Operative to assist in the day-to-day operations of our plant nursery. The ideal candidate will have experience in horticulture or a keen interest in plants and gardening.
This role involves a variety of tasks, including:
* Planting and general plant maintenance
* Preparing customer orders and ensuring quality control
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment
* Operating horticultural machinery and tools safely
* Assisting with stock management and inventory control
The key responsibilities include:

The requirements for this role include:

* Experience in horticulture is preferred but not essential
* A strong interest in plants and gardening
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
