Our Global Shop Floor Systems group is an enterprise team that develops and applies our digital strategy to Dexcom's manufacturing operations. We work with leading edge hardware and software technologies to seamlessly integrate our shop floor systems within the organization to enable optimal operational and business performance.
In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes in the Athenry facility and be responsible for MES software solutions roll-out and on-going support.
Where you come in:
You will engage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand, analyze and document business requirements, business processes, and technical specifications,
You will author detailed design specifications &develop user stories and own the backlog in JIRA,
You will conduct solution assessments, design localization solutions to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the business needs,
You will model workflows in Siemens Camstar MES, combining global solution and reusable components for integration of system, machine and user interfaces to meet the business requirements,
You will create / review test plans and scripts, conduct testing of the solution to ensure the functional and technical specifications are met
You will modify or build new configurations in the MES solution to support continuous improvement to manufacturing processes
You will assist with UI design and development, integration definition to support interface requirements
You will participate in activities required to support production, including but not limited to troubleshooting, investigations, MES users support, periodic reviews, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions.
You will create presentations to help communicate complex technical, organizational, and project concepts and status
Other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
You are knowledgeable with manufacturing and MOM solutions, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency. Experience with Siemens Camstar MES Ops Center platform is preferred.
You have 2+ years of experience in MES applications, integration with other major factory and / or enterprise applications, for example, APS, PLM, ERP, SPC and shop floor manufacturing equipment
You are familiar with SDLC and validation & verification procedures (URS, FDS, TDS, FUT, SIT, etc).
You have excellent team-oriented communication and organizational skills.
You have flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
You have a hands-on demeanor and able to troubleshoot software applications.

Travel Required:
20% initially, reducing to 10% in 2026
Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
