Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Henderson Group Property. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and construction of retail outlets from conception through to opening.
* Plan and lead all activities within the project life cycle, including feasibility, business case, planning, advising on design and build, liaising with key stakeholders at all stages of construction, and managing construction contracts relevant to each project.
* Oversee all stages of the project to ensure that the production of drawings, budgets and programmes are delivered in line with the project plans.
* Manage Capex budget for projects from planning and agreeing cost targets through to successful completion.
* Relevant building/construction qualification.
* Relevant practical experience in new build project management, including experience of delivering projects.
* 2 years 'client or consultancy side' Construction Project Management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
* Proven experience of executing multiple, complex projects and responding to quick moving agendas.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Auto CAD.
* Proven experience of controlling programme and budget constraints.
* Proficiency in using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Current valid UK driving license and ability to travel throughout Northern Ireland.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels internally and externally, build solid relationships and quickly understand and react to all customer needs.

Full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm. Friday: 8:45am-3:45pm.
