Your Role as a Customer Assistant
As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
* Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Ensuring the correct quantity and quality of goods are available to our customers
* Preparing, baking, and displaying bakery products
* Assisting with stock count and managing waste correctly
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
* The willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
* Responsibility and reliability
* A good team player
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential if you have the right attitude

* €14.80 per hour (rising to €16.90 after 3 years)
* Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am)

Salary Progression
Our salary structure provides regular increases based on length of service:
