Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, or a consulting role.
* Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Certification in Google Digital Workshop.
* Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
* Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
* Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
