Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding DACH sales team based in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory.
Your Responsibilities
* IDentify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities through email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts.
* Continuously build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge.
* Work with mentors to set goals and gain consideration for promotion.
Your Profile
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening.
* Coachability and a team player mentality.
* An eye for detail, a curious nature, and strong planning skills.
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
